Don’t miss an opportunity to help pay for the rising costs of a secondary education. The deadline for filing the applications for the Maine Harness Horsemen’s Association and the DownEast Harness Horsemen’s Association is December 10th, 2011. Every year several students are awarded a scholarship from the MHHA and this will be the third year one lucky student will be awarded the $1000 scholarship from the DownEast Harness Horsemen’s Association.
