If you're looking to hit the internet and purchase a yearling next weekend, you're
in luck.
Harnessfever.com would like to remind yearling buyers of the upcoming online yearling
sale which will start Friday, October 21 and run through to Sunday, October 23.
The sale features pacing and trotting yearlings by many of the top industry sires,
including 55 prospects by Western Terror, nine by I Am A Fool, four by Art Major and
more.
The website's sale format has also been updated.
The online bidding for the yearling sale will begin at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, October
21. The yearlings are being auctioned by alphabetical order (yearling's name) - with
the first yearling slated to have an ending/closing time of 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October
23. The yearling listings will be staggered with three minutes in between each scheduled
ending time to allow bidders the opportunity to view and bid on multiple horses at
the same time.
Harnessfever.com participates in proxy bidding (only takes you to highest bid necessary),
so you can make a maximum bid and not have to worry about missing end time(s).
Please note that if a bid is made within the last five minutes of an auction the counter
will reset to five minutes, thus allowing for other bidders to re-bid. .
Contact harnessfever.com or dial 207-848-8206 if you have any questions or concerns.
